Guest Happiness Team Coordinator

Hi! I’m Nicole Lamb-

I first started working at the salon in the spring of 2010. Little did I know that what started as a temporary job would become a long term, special part of my life.

I was a receptionist at the salon until 2013, when my husband and I moved to Nashville. We loved our time in Tennessee, but felt drawn back to Texas after a few years. We moved back in the fall of 2016, and I came back part-time at the salon. When Lisa and Candice offered me a full-time position in March of 2017, I happily said yes!

I never had plans to go into the beauty industry, but love being a part. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2008 with plans to go into counseling or women’s ministry. I worked for a nonprofit organization for a couple years after school, then knew it was time for a change. I felt instantly connected to Elixir by DV8. Not a surprise at all to be back with the team! I’ve always had a passion for people and a desire to bring light into others’ lives.

My life mantra is “love God, love people.” One of my favorite things about working here is the relationships built with clients and the team. My goals are to help clients feel important, loved, and beautiful, and to champion the team professionally and personally.

In my free time, you can catch me lounging at the pool, listening to good music, spending time with friends and family, painting, or binge watching favorite tv shows.

There’s no place like Elixir by DV8. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 🙂
