Hi! My name is Chandler and I was born and raised in the Coachella Valley in Southern California. I lived my entire life as a desert girl, but recently decided I wanted a total lifestyle change…so in August 2019, I took a HUGE leap of faith and moved my life to Texas all on my own. It was by far the scariest, but the best, decision I’ve ever made, and I couldn’t be happier here!
I always enjoyed playing with hair and makeup growing up, but never thought about doing it as a career until about two years after I graduated high school. My hair career started right after I graduated cosmetology school at Milan Institute in California in March of 2016. I started off as an assistant in a salon for a couple years, learning everything I possibly could before taking on a clientele of my own. My favorite part of being a hairstylist is getting to build a close relationship with people while making them look and feel beautiful. If I wasn’t working in a salon, my dream job would be to work on movie and TV sets, or styling for special events and award shows.
When I am not at work, I am obsessing over dogs. I am an animal lover, and if it was even possible, I would adopt every dog in the world that needed a home. I also grew up a very big sports fan (mostly football and baseball), so in my spare time you can catch me watching literally any sporting event on tv. But my #1 teams to cheer for are the Oklahoma Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys!
